Christmas is an amazing time here in Avondale Estates and the Tour of Homes and Holiday Market add to the wonderful holiday feeling.

Six homes representing the various styles of architecture in our city will be featured for the tour.

Please check the website often as we select the homes on the tour!

In addition to the featured homes, the city will be lit up along every street, in the Avondale Estates Business District and in the plazas around town. Block captains will be encouraging all our residents to Light Up Avondale!

The Avondale Holiday Market will be held on December 15th from noon to 6pm at the Community Club. The 2024 market will include most of the old favorites selling their hand-knitted scarves, pecans, jewelry, photography, bird feeders, smoked salmon, jams and ornaments. Please come support our market vendors and finish off your Christmas shopping list with one-of-a-kind gifts.

While you are there, enjoy soup and sandwiches at the Holiday Market Cafe.
