Livin'in is a project of ImpactMS LLC. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

If you subscribe, your email address. If you become a member or contribute, Stripe collects your payment details on its own secure pages; we never see or store your card number. If you email us, your message. Our web host automatically records basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

We use no analytics, no ad tracking, and no cookies of our own. Our signup form is provided by our email service provider and may use its own cookies to deliver and secure the form. Our emails may tell us whether a message was opened or a link was clicked.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run Livin'in, such as our email provider (to send the newsletter), Stripe (to process payments), and our web host. We never sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else's marketing.

Links

We point you to events, artists, and organizations run by others. Their sites have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email us.

Children

Livin'in isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
