What helps a listing make the issue

• What it is, in a sentence or two
• The date and start time, and every date if it runs more than one night
• The venue and neighborhood
• The price, or that it's free
• One link where people can learn more or get tickets

Each issue covers Sunday through Saturday and comes together in the days before it goes out, so details sent two or three weeks ahead have the best chance of making it in.
